Each year we have had things prepared a little earlier than the previous year.
This year is continuing that trend.
We have a lot more details already resolved and worked out, now a full 8 months before the event!

We have guest speakers lined up (announcements coming shortly), Game Master rosters starting to get filled, campaign/event themes,
special prizes, and more already being prepared, as well as more folks already planning the year in advance to attend.

The previous three MerpCon's had themes related to the Numenoreans during different time periods (and locations).

MerpCon IV will have the theme of the Dwarves (by popular request, and the activity of those participating).
This will coincide with a special themed edition of Other Minds magazine on the same topic.

This does not mean you have to play a Dwarf, it just means the campaigns, and topics will tend in that direction, though there will be plenty of
other discussions and events not related to Dwarves.

A new, improved, and integrated RSVP form is looming in the works currently.
